By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site.
Products
All works sold by Quiet Form Studio are produced to order unless stated otherwise.
Images on the website are representative. While care is taken to ensure accuracy, slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen differences and the nature of printed canvas.
Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price charged, excluding shipping unless otherwise stated.
Orders & Payment
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Quiet Form Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected misuse.
Production & Dispatch
All pieces are produced to order. Production times are indicated on the website and may vary slightly depending on order volume.
Once completed, orders are dispatched via PostNet. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Quiet Form Studio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or factors outside its control.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated per order and are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Single pieces ship at a flat rate of R185
Sets or multiple pieces ship at a flat rate of R295
Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
All Quiet Form Studio works are produced to order.
For this reason, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or aesthetic preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Quiet Form Studio within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include:
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging
The order number
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
If the claim is approved, Quiet Form Studio will, at its discretion:
Replace the item, or
Issue a refund for the affected item only
Exclusions
The following are not considered defects:
Minor colour variation due to screen differences
Natural texture variation of canvas material
Slight dimensional tolerance resulting from hand-stretched production
Return of Damaged Items
Where a return is required, Quiet Form Studio will provide instructions. Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted.
Final Sale
All sales are considered final once production has begun.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including artwork, text, images, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Quiet Form Studio.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Quiet Form Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
